Chain Partners America Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Send”, “we”), operates the Send email marketing service. This policy explains how we handle two kinds of personal information: account data about people who sign in to the Service, and recipient data that our customers add in order to email their audience.

1. Information we collect about you

2. Recipient data we process for you

  1. Recipients’ email addresses, names, custom attributes, and delivery results (delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced, complained) together with the IP address and browser information recorded at the time are added to the Service by our customers (by typing, CSV import, signup form or API). For this data the customer is the controller and we are the processor, acting only on the customer’s instructions.
  2. We use recipient data only to send the customer’s email, report results and maintain unsubscribe and suppression lists. We never use it for our own marketing or for other customers.
  3. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of every email; they are added to that workspace’s suppression list immediately and not emailed again. Recipients who want to access or delete their data can ask the sender or contact us at support@send.ad; we will pass the request to the customer and help fulfil it.

3. How we use information

We use account data to operate and secure the Service, to bill you, to send service messages such as sign-in codes, invitations and receipts, to respond to support requests, and to comply with the law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How long we keep it

  1. Account data: until you delete your account or workspace, except for payment and accounting records we must keep under tax and financial law.
  2. Recipient data: until the customer deletes it or the workspace is deleted. Delivery logs (recipient email, time, result) are kept for 6 months after sending for dispute handling, then deleted. Unsubscribe records are kept for as long as the workspace exists so the address is never emailed again.
  3. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; only a hash is kept, and it is deleted within 30 days.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share personal information only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf, and otherwise only with your consent or where the law requires it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your account and workspace details in Settings, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@send.ad. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information; email us to exercise them and we will respond within the time the law requires. Recipients can exercise these rights with the sender or with us, as described in Section 2.

7. Cookies and tracking pixels

  1. The Service itself uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your current workspace and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
  2. When a customer enables tracking for a campaign, its emails contain a 1×1 image that records opens and redirect links that record clicks. The recipient’s IP address and browser information are recorded in the sender’s report. Recipients can prevent open tracking by blocking images.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys and sign-in codes are stored as hashes. Secrets for sending accounts you connect are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Access is controlled per workspace and per role, administrative actions are logged, and databases are backed up automatically.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version in the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect. This policy is effective September 15, 2026.
