Events and webhooks

Opens (pixel), clicks (redirect) and unsubscribes are handled by Send directly. Delivered, bounce, spam-report and drop events come from the sending infrastructure (Amazon SES) to POST /api/webhooks/ses and are matched to the recipient with the delivery_token tag. The platform manages this webhook — nothing to set up on your side.

Outbound webhooks to you (campaign-finished notifications, etc.) aren't available yet. For now, poll GET /api/v1/campaigns/{id} 's status (that's what the CLI's sendad ai --send does).
