What exactly does "just approve and it handles the rest" mean?
AI-generated campaigns land in awaiting approval first, and not a single email goes out before you approve. Preview the subject, body, and recipients, approve, and Send takes it from there — including sending and measuring results. Once you trust it, switch autopilot to "Auto" and skip approval entirely. On "Manual," you just get the draft and polish it yourself.
Does it really handle ad-mail compliance for me?
Yes. Every email gets your company name, physical address, and a working unsubscribe link in the footer, plus one-click List-Unsubscribe headers, so it meets CAN-SPAM requirements. Addresses that unsubscribe, bounce, or complain are suppressed automatically. Sending only to people who agreed to hear from you remains your responsibility.
Can I send from our own domain?
Yes. Add your company domain under Settings → Sending domain, then add a few records following the on-screen instructions. Your web person or hosting provider usually finishes in 5 minutes. After that, mail goes out from your address — like news@yourcompany.com. Until then you can send from a Send address. Replies always come to your company inbox.
How do refunds work?
Anything you didn't send comes back. When a campaign starts, we hold an amount up front; whatever isn't actually sent returns to your balance automatically once the campaign finishes. If you want a cash refund of your topped-up balance, get in touch and we'll process it for any unused amount.
